Coventry and Warwickshire Crisis Team - If you or someone you are with needs urgent mental health suppport, please call 111 and select the mental health option. The Crisis Team will explore and triage the natureof your call and if appropriate will arrange for a clinician to meet with you.

The team comprises a range of experienced NHS staff and clinicans with specific mental health experitse who have access to serices across Coventry and Warwickshire which can support and advise you.

Here are the details of useful Mental Health Support and Services:

IAPT (Improving Access to Psychological Therapy)

IAPT services are for people with mild, moderate and moderate to severe symptoms of anxiety or depression, living in Coventry, Solihull or Warwickshire.

Services include Cognitive Behavioural Therapy with a therapist to talk through and work on your specific worries or concerns.

You are able to self-refer to IAPT by calling : 02476 671 090 (Monday to Friday, 9am to 4.30pm).

Safe Haven - Coventry and Warwickshire

Mental health support for adults feeling overwhelmed or in crisis, every evening, 6pm–11pm.

Safe Haven Coventry and Warwickshire offers non-clinical, community-based support during the evenings—when most other options aren’t available. It’s there to help adults going through mental health struggles with crisis support, de-escalation, and a friendly face to turn to.

Together All is an online community for people who are stressed, anxious or feeling low. The service has an active forum with round-the-clock support from trained professionals. You can talk anonymously to other members and take part in group or one-to-one therapy with therapists.
