Order a Repeat Prescription

Repeat prescriptions will be issued at the doctor's discretion and are normally for patients on long-term treatment.

We cannot take repeat prescriptions over the telephone as this is against national guidelines supplied by the National Health Executive.

There are three ways you can order a repeat prescription online

You can order a prescription 24 hours-a-day via all of these methods, and you will be able to request a prescription for the medication you need which will be sent through to your preferred pharmacy.

1. Via the NHS App (Recommended)

Once you have set it up, the easiest and most reliable way to request a repeat prescription is online, via the NHS App. You do not need to visit the surgery to do this.

First you will need to set up your NHS login.

Then download the app from either the App Store (if you have an iPhone) or Google Play (if you have an Android phone)

Once you are in the app, it will take you through the process of logging in.

2. Via Patient Access

Click on the logo to visit the Patient Access site.

If you do not already have a log in, it will take you through the process of signing up, or alternatively you can use your NHS Login.

To complete your registration, you will need to ask us for a Patient Access Registration Letter which will have a code in it to enable you to link your account to the surgery. Please take ID with you to collect it. Without this you can use the service but with limited access.

3. Via the webform below

You will have to fill in your details each time you order, and enter the exact details about your medication name and dosage, so the methods above are preferable if you are able to use them.
