Please be aware from 1st April, our online consultation system is going to change from eConsult to Accurx.
This online form will still be accessible on the homepage of our website and will work in a very similar way.
Our online consultation service will let you request:
- Advice
- Treatment
- Fit notes & GP letters
- Recent test results and more
It's easy to use and will give your Doctor all the information they need to triage your request and make sure every patient gets the care they need.
Do not use Accurx if you need to talk to someone urgently about your problem.
Please note, due to the bank holiday, eConsult will be turned off from 6:00pm on Thursday 28th March and Accurx Triage will begin from 8:00am on Tuesday 2nd April.
